3. Remove and send the unit
This is a postal repair service unless vehicle-based diagnostics or installation have been arranged separately. The customer is responsible for removing, securely packaging and sending the unit to our workshop.
4. Inspection and testing

5. Repair
Recoverable electronic or internal faults are repaired where possible. If additional work or parts are required, we will provide a quotation before proceeding.
6. Final testing and return
The repaired unit is tested before being securely packaged and returned to the customer.

The customer is responsible for securely packaging the starter generator and arranging delivery to our workshop.
Due to its weight, the unit must be packed in a strong box with sufficient protection on every side.
