If you’ve changed your mind
We accept 14 days return if you change your mind. That applies for parts we have in stock, ready to dispatch. Unfortunately we do not accept returns if the item is for order only as we cannot return or cancel it. In this case returns are accepted only if the parts are faulty.
If the item is defective, but within the warranty
If your return is approved, we will send you a postage label or arrange a courier as well as any necessary return/packing instructions. You are responsible for the item until we receive it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. For example special order products, instrument clusters, and other items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We not taking ANY responsibility caused by damage during fitting parts by customer himself or any other person other than our garage or specified by us partner.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Once a return has been authorised, we must receive the item within 14 days. Otherwise, we’ll consider the matter closed.
All second hand / used items products bought from us come with 30 days warranty, this includes our MIB2 radio units & displays. Any brand new parts including but not limited to instrument clusters, sound system parts, USB ports are covered by a 1 Year manufacturer warranty. Any work, fitting or replacements are carried out in our workshop only, unless we agree otherwise. We will not cover any costs of travel, time etc related to it.
Any work carried out by us is covered by a 12-month warranty.
All of these warranties cover the parts themselves but do not cover any labour involved if the item/vehicle is taken elsewhere for works. Accidental damage is not covered under warranty. We not taking any responsibility if you decide to buy parts from us and fitting it yourself or elsewhere.
