VW Polo Adaptive Cruise Control Retrofit
£440.00 (excluding VAT)
Adaptive cruise control retrofit for compatible VW Polo vehicles with Front Assist radar. Fitting and coding at our Redditch workshop only; nothing is posted. Send your VIN before ordering to confirm equipment, price and any additional parts.
Description
VW Polo ACC retrofit at VW Retrofit in Redditch. Upgrade a compatible VW Polo AW / AW1 with Front Assist to adaptive cruise control, subject to its engine and factory equipment.
Adaptive cruise control for your VW Polo
ACC adjusts the selected cruising speed in response to traffic detected ahead and lets you choose a following distance, within the capabilities of the vehicle’s system. It remains a driver-assistance feature: the driver must stay attentive and in control.
Price and vehicle requirements
The base price is £440 + VAT for a suitable vehicle. Extra parts are charged separately if the required equipment is missing. A speed limiter operated from a stalk requires replacement stalks at additional cost.
- Highline instrument cluster or Virtual Cockpit
- Front Assist radar
- Existing cruise control or speed limiter
- Multifunction steering wheel
This retrofit is not available for engine codes CHYB, CHYC, DSGB or DSGD. We check the engine code and equipment before accepting a booking.
Workshop fitting and coding
We confirm the required components before booking, carry out the retrofit and vehicle-specific coding, and check the system after installation. The appointment normally takes approximately 3–6 hours; additional hardware or work can extend this.
Workshop service only. Bring the vehicle to our Redditch workshop. Nothing is posted and this is not a remote activation service.
Check compatibility before ordering
Send your VIN and photographs of the steering wheel and instrument cluster so we can confirm suitability, the full price and an appointment. Please do not purchase before we have checked the vehicle.
See our retrofit services and general ACC retrofit guide for other supported vehicles. Existing ACC faults or calibration requirements should be discussed separately from an upgrade.
